Stylish restaurant in Narni historic town centre

The “Il Gattamelata” restaurant is located in the historic centre of Narni, the beautiful and fascinating medieval Umbrian town in the region of Terni that was the inspiration for The Chronicles of Narnia.

The restaurant has a 17th century facade with a rose window that offers breathtaking views over the San Giovenale Cathedral and the historic town centre.

And the medieval ambiance is in full flow in the interior of the building.

The tables, arranged in a rustic manner, blend with the stylish, refined and welcoming atmosphere.

You will find typical regional cuisine with the flavours, ingredients and dishes of the Bassa Umbria region skilfully prepared by our chef.

The dishes that we offer, as well as the regional tasting menu, change according to season and the availability of ingredients to guarantee that food is always fresh and local.

There is also an extensive wine list. We also prepare innovative dishes for vegetarians and coeliacs. The Il Gattamelata restaurant is also able to organise banquets. Furthermore we offer a set menu for New Year’s Eve celebrations.

Our restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday.
