Whilst tastefully presenting our dishes and wine, our chef also “plays” with tastes and flavours from the local area, offering a local tasting menu, antipasti, first courses, main meat courses, sides and desserts that follow both the medieval tradition of the town and current recipes.
Our idea of cuisine is exemplified in the appetizer “Creamed potato tart with Arnad bacon, crispy mountain prosciutto and truffle shavings”, traditional, simple and local ingredients with a modern twist. Not only a feast for the eyes but also for the palate!
The satisfaction of our guests is our main priority. In order to satisfy every taste and demand, we offer a range of innovative dishes for vegetarians and coeliacs, and for over a year we have held the A.I.C (Italian Coeliac Association) accreditation.
And of course we also cater for children with a children’s menu ad hoc.
